In addition to training, we provide consultation services to governments, organizations, and community systems seeking to strengthen responses to men’s health, well-being, and social outcomes.

Our consultation work is tailored to the context and mandate of each partner. We support initiatives focused on capacity building, service improvement, policy-informed practice, and systems-level change. Our work is grounded in trauma-informed, gender-inclusive, and evidence-informed approaches.

Areas of consultation have included:

  • Applied research on men’s health, well-being, and service engagement
  • Staff and stakeholder engagement on gender equity and inclusion
  • Building community and institutional capacity to effectively serve boys and men
  • Advising justice-sector initiatives on gender-inclusive, trauma-informed approaches that contribute to the prevention of gender-based violence
  • Coaching, debriefing, and advisory support to employers on HR, workplace well-being, and critical incidents

Previous engagements have included the Department of National Defence, the Cornwall Public Inquiry, Womankind Worldwide and the Ontario Network of Victim Services.

We welcome the opportunity to discuss project objectives, deliverables, and evaluation considerations, and to identify appropriate resources and strategies.
